iplay

So since the weather has been soo nice Peyton and I have been spending a lot of time at the pool. And since Peyton isn't potty trained yet she has to wear a swim diaper. Have you ever bought those things?? The run about 10 bucks for like 8 of them. That is REALLY expensive. Well the other day I was digging through some hand me downs that my sister gave me and found this really cute swimsuit for Peyton. The great thing about it was the bottom part of the bikini is a swim diaper. It is reusable and you don't have to buy those expensive dispoabale ones.

Yesterday when we were at the pool I noticed that Peyton's cute swimsuit with the diaper bottoms was getting a little too small. So I decided I better figure out who makes this great swimsuit and order one. The company is called p-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">iplay and there are many places you can get this great product. One place is called Beach Bambino.

I actually order Peyton's cute one on ebay!! And it was a GREAT price. O and the other great thing is they don't just make these swimsuits for little girls; they have them for little boys too!!! So check them out!!

Neti Pot

I found this wonderful addicting sinus cleaner. Trust me if you use it you'll love it. It takes a few times to get use to it because at first it feels like you are drowning. So you may ask why do you use this product and when to use it. Well here you go
Why a Nasal Wash?
The nasal passages are lined with a thin layer of mucus that is one of our body's first lines of defense against disease. A nasal wash keeps this layer of mucus moist, clean and healthy. And compared to other nasal wash techniques, using the Neti Pot™ is easy. A nasal wash can be as routine as brushing your teeth.

Use it anytime to:
Remove excess mucus due to congestion.
Rid nostrils of pollen and other allergens.
Cleanse the nasal membranes of dust, smoke, or other airborne contaminants.
Relieve nasal dryness due to air travel.
Improve flow of breath before doing relaxation or meditation techniques.

Twin Bed or Not??

So I have been trying to decided what to do about Peyton and putting her in a twin bed or waiting. I know most people wait till there child is like 2 or sometimes 3. Then again I know people who have put there little ones in a bed when they were 18 months. I really want to switch Peyton over to a bed but have a few concerns. I feel like if I put her in a bed then she won't ever sleep in it because she will be able to climb out whenever she feels like it. And I want to get her out of her crib because I hate it and she has chewed holes in it. She is over the whole chewing age so I know she won't chew her new bed but I guess I just feel a little stuck about what to do. If you have any suggestions throw them my way!!

Pike Place Market

Joel, Peyton, and I are headed to the Seattle area in just a few weeks for my brother Taylor's graduation!! We are excited to take a little family trip and get away from Twin. But one thing that I want to make sure that we go to Pike Place Market. I grew up going to this place all the time. When you walk the streets the smell of fish is in the air! The people rang from all different types. The have so many vendors sell a variety of things and some of the best seafood you will ever sink your teeth into. Joel has never experienced Pike Place, but after this trip to Washington he just might have a story for you about trying to catch a fish in Pike's Place. Have you ever wondered how they are so good at catching those fish??

Land of Nod

So my friend recently introduced me to this great placed called Land of Nod where they have some of the cutest things. It is for kids items and baby. They have some really cute bedding. I am trying to find some bedding for Peyton. This store reminds me of Pottery barn. So if you are looking for a great baby gift or for any items for your kids room then you have to check this place out by clicking here. I know you will find lots of great things.

Ranch Dressing

Today at lunch time I was laughing so much that I had to run and grab the camera. Peyton's new favorite thing is ranch dressing. She LOVES it on almost anything. But she especially loves it with chicken nuggets. Today and lunch after she decided she didn't want anymore chicken she decided to dump her plate over to get rid of the chicken. Then she decided to lick her plate and eat only the ranch dressing. It was such a mess and her hair looks so funny. It looks like I put too much wax or gel in it.........but really it's from the ranch. I can't believe how greasy that stuff is!!

G Diapers

I wanted to share this great new thing that my friend recently told me about. They are these diapers called G diapers. They are so adorable and very enviromental friendly. They are a mix between cloth and disposable diapers. What you do is buy the outside of the diaper. (which are very cute and fashionable!) Then you buy these linners that go inside them. I am going to place an order and am so excited to get them. My friend has been using them and LOVES them. And the best part is you can flush the linners. So that means no more stinky mess making your house smell like your child bum!!

Nat Soo Pah

So today we had a little family fun!! We took Peyton to Nat Soo Pah this really fun place that I use to go to when I was little. It's a natural hot springs water park. The water is so pretty and warm. We had a lot of fun. Today it got up to 85. We only stayed 3 hours because we didn't want Peyton to get fried. Hope you like the fun slide show!!

City Park!

So today was another beautiful day her in Twin Falls!! And since there isn't a whole lot to do in this town Peyton and I spend a lot of our days at the City Park. It such a fun place to go and it's huge with grasses fields everywhere!! Peyton loves to go there and just run around. But today we had to leave early because she was being a little monkey and bugging everyone!! When we first got to the park today she decided to run up to this old man who had a little dog. She was mauling the dog and hugging it and kissing it. The old man was really nice about it but Peyton just doesn't get it that you can't do that. Then the whole rest of the time she kept running over to this little girls party and interrupting. She went over there a half a dozen times. So we had to leave the park since Peyton was bothering everyone!!

Potty Time!!

So I have decided to start introducing the whole potty thing to Peyton!! Her little potty chair is a princess one and it plays music when she goes potty in it. So far it's not been a huge success but I am not worried. I am not pushing her to do it just showing her what it is all about. She really likes it and wants to sit on it all the time. So I guess that is a good thing. I will have to keep you all up to date on how she is doing!!

Little Trouble Maker......

Peyton Lynn is the funniest little girl. Peyton is hardly ever allowed in the kitchen because all she ever wants to do is pull stuff out of the cupboards or the drawers. Today before church she decided she would climb into the bottom drawer where we keep her sippy cups and tupperware. I thought it was so funny to see her in there that I had to take a picture. After a few snap shots I hurried up and pulled her out before the drawers broke!!

Running Naked......

Our little monkey just LOVES to be naked!! When ever she gets out of the tub it is a struggle to even get a diaper on let alone any clothes. The other night after she got out of the tub she was running naked. She loved it. I guess she just loves to feel so free. About 2 minutes after this picture was taken she squatted on the floor and peed!! She thought it was funny because she laughed after she did and then ran!!
